Terms and Conditions

[1]I am not responsible if Tokyo Fashion ships wrong or damaged items.
   I will not be responsible for any fraud and missing actions done by the seller.
   Color in pic n actual may vary due and I am not responsible for that.

[2]There will be 2 payments:
   1st: Cost of item + Initial shipping of SGD$1 per item
   2nd: Cost of Postage + Top-Ups (if needed) + 50 cents handling
  
[3]I will not be responsible for normal mails if they go missing.

[4]NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER  All payment has to be in within 24hrs after placing orders.
   Please post order and payment in ONE SINGLE comment.
   Orders cannot be cancel once payment made

[5]If you wish to make any changes to your order before payment is made, please DELETE your previous comment and POST a new comment.
   If payment made, pls inform us before you made any changes. For additional items, pls post under new comment.

[6]Please be prepared to wait for 1-3 mths for restocking as Taiwan dealers usually take some time to reply and send out the items.

[8]Refunds for OOS items will only be made after the items arrive.

[10]I reserve the right to cancel the spree if the response is not good or any unforeseen circumstances which prevent me from ordering.

[11]If there is a need to call the merchant over the telephone to verify any details, the cost will be split by the number of participants.

[12]Topups have to be paid within 7 calendar days after I had emailed you the amount to topup.

[13]Exchange rate is fixed. If it is more than than stated, I have the rights to collect topups. No refunds if exchange rate is lower than stated.

[14]Only POSB/DBS INTERNET BANKING transfer only. Please use your LJ NICK when transferring and not some other name / nick / whatnot.

[15]Only FULL payment is accepted. I do not accept orders that is partial payments.

[16]Mostly I order based on url and sometimes on description given. Especially If url given is wrong item or wrong color, I will not be responsible for the error. So please do not edit n give another item no. or color if it is not under the correct url. I will not order if information provided is incomplete.

[17]Please join ONLY if u agree to the terms above.

[18]Those who do not make full payment / collect / no reply after 1 month after items arrive, will have their items disposed off.

[19]I have the rights to cancel if response is not good. Payment will be refund.

6) Shipping details
- Direct shipping from Taiwan to Singapore by air.
- Credit card payment to seller / via taiwan agent with fees
- Collecting $1 per item in advance for initial shipping, excess will be used to offset local postage and handling fees / shortages to be topped up.
- After seller quotes me the shipping fees, it will then be divided by the number of items.
